Entry Review — Family

A family member who has already had a Threshold conversation and wants a lower-cost first written read before deciding on a full review.

A short, honest first-read of your situation, on paper, so you can decide whether a full review is the right next step.

Every ORVIA service has three parts. Read them in order.

Immediate danger? If a child or adult is in immediate danger, contact 999 first. ORVIA is not an emergency service.
An Entry Review is a lower-cost, single-document product. It is a written first-read only — it is not a full evidence review and it is not a legal opinion. If the situation is urgent or complex, a full Threshold Family review is likely to be more useful. We will say so honestly if that is the case.

Please do not upload documents through this form. Once your enquiry passes Gate One, a private SharePoint workspace is created for any evidence you choose to share.
